There will be no blacksmithing in December, 2011 through January 2012 as the museum is having electrical work done. Part of Museum is closed off. Thus, we are offering ½ price admission until work is completed, probably in February.

It would take a new kind of “science fiction” to imagine the world today without automotive transportation. Our own southeastern Pennsylvania played a huge role in writing the early history of the automobile. At the Boyertown Museum, the significant advances are recorded, and examples are preserved, of the horse-drawn and motorized vehicles, which helped create today’s world of highway travel.
