Berks History Day

Calling all Berks County history lovers and adventure seekers! Join the Berks Heritage Council and nearly 20 of its members and historical sites (including us!) for a day of interactive learning, delicious food, and fun for all ages. This event will feature displays of unique historic artifacts, hands-on activities appropriate for all ages, merchandise available for purchase, a scavenger hunt, well-loved local food vendors, access to explore the grounds of the Berks County Heritage Center, and much more! This event is FREE and will be held rain or shine.

Meet at the Museum for a low-key cruise-in from 4:00 - 7:00 pm! Held in the Museum parking lot, adjacent to the Museum entrance. No registration is required. This event is FREE for both vehicles cruising in and spectators. The Museum will be OPEN with extended hours (except on July 3rd); regular contribution rates apply.
Hoods Up Weekend
June 27th & 28th @ 9:30 AM
Join us on June 27th & 28th from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm for Hoods Up Weekend! Come in and see early and experimental engines from Pennsylvania vehicles built right here in our backyard! Docents will be available throughout the gallery and carriage factory to answer your questions. On Saturday ONLY, our mechanics will fire up a few select vehicles, so you can hear them run! This event is included with your Museum Contribution.
Cars & Cones

The Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles invites you to our 5th Annual Cars & Cones Cruise-in. This low-key cruise-in will be held in the Museum parking lot, adjacent to the Museum entrance. No registration is required! This event is FREE for both vehicles cruising in, as well as spectators. The Museum will be OPEN with extended hours; regular contribution rates apply. The Peppermint Stick Candy Store & Ice Cream Parlor will be on hand, offering ice cream and other refreshing novelties for purchase. We want to see your classics!!
60th Annual Duryea Day

Our 60th Annual Duryea Day Antique & Classic Car & Truck Show and Flea Market will be held Saturday, September 5, from 9 am to 3 pm at Boyertown Community Park. Hundreds of vehicles will be on display throughout the park, and shuttle service is available between the Park and Museum through the duration of the event. Pre-registration and day of show registration for show vehicles available—all makes, models, and years are welcome. Spectator admission is $10 for adults, free for ages 12 & under. Diner Day

Back by popular demand! On Diner Day, from 10 am to 1 pm, sit inside our beautifully preserved Fegely's Reading Diner and enjoy coffee and homemade pie. Coffee and pie are available for purchase at 1938 prices--that means a nickel for a cup of coffee and a quarter for a slice of pie! Can’t beat those prices! Regular Contribution rates apply.
