July 20 – The Remarkable Friendship of the Mighty Atom & Slim the Hammer Man: The World’s Strongest Men, presented by Larry Cohen

September 14Carsonia Park: The Complete History from 1896, presented by Paul Druzba.

Based on Paul’s 2017 book, Carsonia Park- Midway of Memories,Β this program will explain the evolution of β€œtrolley parks” in the late 19th Century and cover the complete history of Carsonia, from its birth in 1896 to its demise in 1950. Paul will also describe the changes in the focus of the park over the years, from its beginnings as a β€œsilvan retreat” to a modern-day amusement park in the mid- 20th Century.
